Dear Pat, Tricia, Judy and Bob - Please know how saddened we were to hear of Bob's passing. We have had all of you on our Prayer Chain for quite some time and know that those prayers helped to bring Bob to the peace we are sure he is now enjoying. We always enjoyed our all too brief visits with"our family get-to-gethers". Please know you will remain in our prayers. fondly Ed, Joyce and family.

I was saddened to hear of Bob's passing. I had the pleasure of working with Bob when I was the Town Clerk in Stoughton. Bob used to work with me as of one of our poll workers. He always had such a bright smile and a kind word.

My thoughts and prayers are with his family during this difficult time. May the love and support of your family and friends sustain in your sadness.

I read recently of the theologians theories of death and the tears that accompany our loss--the great news is that those tears are meant to wash our souls and comfort our hearts in accepting the "will of God" while we admit the impact of the loss in our lives.

I remember one of the first times I got to spend time with Bob, as Tricia and Mike had picked out their new home and we all happened upon the "inspection" at the same time. Two things struck me immediately and stayed with me in all the visits we had after that day--Bob was a gentle--caring-sensitive and VERY knowledgeable man who went about his life in a quiet-unassuming and yet supportive way of those he loved!! For all of this we can give thanks that he got to see our greatest gifts--Brady Robert and Ryan Michael!! God knows that he treasured them as he did all of you and they brought great happiness to his final years with all of you!!

Mar and I have had you in our prayers for months--but I hope you really know the respect and appreciation we all have for the wonderful caring you gave Bob in his final months,days and hours!

Please be assured of our continued prayers for him and for you and we thank God for your place in our lives as we go forward with the knowledge that HE holds us all in the "palm of HIS hand" every day of our lives!!

Peace is at hand for Bob--for that we give great thanks! May you all share that peace for a "job well done and a love well shared!!

Judy, I returned to work today and was saddened to heard the news. But having gone through recently myself I hope you can find comfort in the knowledge that your father is finally at peace.
